Not sure if this has been posted - I couldn't find anything that popped up.

Had lots of left over pulled pork and homemade mac & cheese from my Sunday cook.

Decided to mix up the mac & cheese, pulled pork, and extra bbq sauce in a bowl.

Then made "patties" out of the mix and back in the fridge to firm up.

Heated up the Lodge cast iron skillet to medium high, added butter, then the patties and browned both sides.

Serve on a toasted burger bun.

Decadently good!

I fired up the WSM on Sunday to do a nice pork butt (bone in) for pulled pork. Turned out pretty darn good.

So, I did up some mac and cheese for sides with enough left over the other night to try my pork/mac-n-cheese burgers again.

This time I snapped some pictures

Patties made and firmed up in the fridge:

Quite tasty!
