Looking for some good Rotissere ideas.

I've been doing some chickens on the rotissere and it's a lot of fun and delicious. Any ideas or recipes for something different?

Top round roast or similar heavily seasoned, cook to rare/med rare. Let is set overnight if you can wait that long and slice it thin for roast beef sandwiches. Do the same with a boneless ham or turkey. Get you a grill basket and you can grill spatchcocked chickens and cornish game hens.

Pork loin is always a winner on a rotisserie. I recommend tying it with butcher's twine first, seasoning with your favorite pork rub and then cooking at about 300°F until you hit 145°F internal. Remove it from the cooker and let it rest for 20-30 minutes under a sheet of foil. Do not remove the spit, prongs or twine until after the roast has rested. Once the rest is complete, remove the spit, prongs & twine and slice as thick or thin as you like.

Winner, winner, pork loin dinner!
