Seeing your steel hole plugs (and now I need to search for some over here in England), it makes me think it is a shame that BBQ Guru don't supply them instead of silver sticky tape with their kits! I have the CyberQ Wifi and it is eye-wateringly pricy so a couple of cents worth of plugs wouldn't have gone amiss!

I also need to find some casters for my 18.5" WSM. It lives in the garage and is a pain to have to carry all the bits round to the garden every time I want to smoke.

They are from Lowe's. 3/4" Hillman Group chrome plugs. They can be found in the fastener section in the specialty drawers. Cost about $1.09 each. Pop right in.

I bought some similar 'plugs' from eBay, how do you get over the little lugs on the inside of the vent? I cannot get my plugs to sit flush. I was thinking of cutting a bit off but thought I'd see what you did first ....

Thanks - this thread has stimulated me to loads of mods on my 18.5" WSM!

When I first saw the wheel mod for the bullet all I thought was it had a small footprint (which could lead to a tip over) so I mounted mine on a dolly using the holes in the bottom of the legs.
