    I contacted her, and scheduled to see it tonight. Propane tank is included, per the seller.

    Not sure if $125 is reasonable, ideally, would like it to be more in the $75 range. I suppose no harm in at least taking a drive to check it out.

    I think $125 is reasonable if you are in the market for a patio heater. It looks to be in real good shape. However, it can't hurt to offer $100. I am sure they will still take $125.
