Smoked a 14lb Angus Prime Brisket Saturday night. It took about 14.5 hours. Rubbed with salt and pepper, used apple wood and spritzed with white grape and peach juice. Came out great.

David, that was a great cook. That brisket looks delicious bark and smoke ring perfect.
 
I would've gave my left arm for one of those pop ups Monday. :DThe brisket looks wonderful.
