Mustard Slather with Memphis Magic dust + a few modifications of my own in the rub.
17.5 Hour smoke with 16 at 235ish degrees and Full throttle for the last of it. Started last night 8:45 pst.
Appreciate everything I've read and Learned from all the information here.
I'll post pics of the progression once i figure that functionality out.
