That's an insane price. I wish that was where I'm at. I'd already have it already, to keep. Not to flip for twice the price (which could easily be done)

Wow, that price is too good to be true. If I were to take it home, I'd be incredibly paranoid that at any moment, the other shoe would drop. Hopefully the seller's just feeling extra generous.
