Fried Pi?

So, I was testing out my new heatermeter SMD board I built, couldn't get anything to work, and I think I fried my Rpi A+. I realized I offset the pi to the right one row, which I believe would've put 3.3V straight into the I2C bus. I'm thinking that probably was bad.

The RPI can't communicate with the AVR on any of my heatermeter boards for flashing. It does however, communicate to get the temperature and other functions seem to work, just not the programming of the AVR or the config page.

Any ideas? I'm assuming the Pi is dead and I'll have to get some more to finish up the project.

Thanks!

How were you powering everything? From the wall jack plugged into the HM or from a USB power source on the rPi?

Wall jack. I've checked the A+ now on 4 heatermeters, one 4.2.4 and the 3 SMD versions.. same story. I don't have any B+.
