Jerk Steelhead (farmed) on a plank & Salad

I know this is in the healthy grilling forum and the salad might get it thrown out of here. That's almost a head of red leaf lettuce, a bunch of bagged real bacon pieces I nuked to render/make crispier, Kalamata olives, black pepper, & blue cheese dressing.

I am a fan of Steelhead on a plank. I prefer wild, when I can get it, but good steelhead is good steelhead! I have not tried Jerk seasoning on fish (I have Walkerswood) but after this post I am going to give it a try. Sounds GREAT to me!
