Had a hankerin' for some spicy chicken. I wanted to brine both, but the bride was not on board with it, so one is brined (the one with the neck sticking out) and one is not. It was good cook, I very much liked the chicken, it was spicy and it was nicely cooked. Gotta give Robert R a shout out, it's his first gen rack that I use (for the first time) lost my meat hooks, so I had to suspend them on stands, LOL

First and foremost, the rub. This is a must do. Spicy and excellent
