    My Smoke Day 11 Contribution

    Brown Ale and Ribs

Started this AM to fill my second fermenter with a Brown Ale and smoked some ribs for Smoke Day 11.

I hope you had as nice a Smoke Day as I did. ...but let's not forget the real reason behind the long weekend. Cheers!

Dwain that is so cool. It's been years since I've home brewed. I've seen your beers on other posts and you are a brew master! Thanks for sharing. And the ribs! They look wonderful.

Those ribs look fantastic. How soon until the beer is ready?

Dwain looks like you are having a great smoke day, Barb and I are having fun doing Barbs first smoke on her own with me as back up and doing the sides. Sure wish we were closer to Jims. Bet that's going to be a fun day there.
