I was able to sneak out of work today to take advantage of a much needed storm............ after that I figured Jerk Chicken Thighs would do the trick!

that's about a quarter head of iceberg lettuce chopped up, a little minced onion, bleu cheese dressing, the fattest chicken thigh, and a little feta (that doesn't freeze very well!)

Last spring, I ordered some of the Walkerswood Jerk seasoning. On Amazon, it was a good deal to get four jars, so I did.

I got to cook some chicken with the first jar, and it turned out good. Nice and spicy. Something different when you get tired of traditional BBQ chicken, but I wouldn't want it all the time.

Having said that, enough time has passed that I am starting to really want some again.

If you have a decent international market, you may want to check their prices. I get a single 10oz (mild) bottle for $4.99, which is cheaper than buying 4 (per oz) on Amazon.
