Tater Tots with some sharp cheddar cheese and some green onion (chives), served with sour cream for dipping and more chives. Tastes just like potato skins but a whole lot easier to make. Great football food. :p

Details Webster, we are all about details when it comes to recipes:).
Did you fry or bake them in that CI pan? Times and temps?
Looks great and something I would love to try.

Cook tots on cookie sheet per directions on package, then transfer into something that crowds them up and can go into oven (CI skillet). Sprinkle with grated sharp cheddar and put back in oven for just a minute or two until the cheese is melted. A pinch of chopped green onions (and bacon bits) and it's good to go.

I served it right in the skillet, people like scooping out of the skillet and it keeps it warm for a little while. Don't forget the sour cream for dipping. Super easy and good.
