Hi all, been a looker long enough and thought I'd get on the forum with you all. Been smoking for a few years now. Mostly wild game. Always having to use someone else's smoker though. So... being cash poor I set out this last spring to build a smoker - which is almost complete. The design is built around the Backwoods Vertical Reverse Flow and fueled via charcoal. Been a great summer project but getting impatient for the first fire. Anyway.. Glad to be here.. and wanted to say thanks for all the great information already stored.
