    Grilled peach

Hi all, it's been a while since I posted and I thought this would be a short simple one. Grilled peaches!

    Ingredients:
    Peaches
    Honey
    Cinnamon or cinnamon sugar

Cut peaches in half and remove pit. Drizzle honey on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Grill on the gas grill or charcoal on high direct heat for 2 minutes each side. Sorry no action shots. Here it is plated

This is the first time I've tried to grill fruit. I have to say it's delishious. I would rather have this than cake. The only thing missing was the ice cream. Oh well next time. Enjoy your evening.

Great looking peaches Jo! I'll pick up some peaches at the farmers market Friday. Thanks for the inspiration!

I grilled peaches last night. After I take them off the grill I fill the pit cavity with Amaretto, then add whipped cream.

This is probably my favorite way to enjoy peaches (with the possible exception of peach wine).
