Picked up a bag of Stubbs. Saw someone post that there were no chemical binders. Not that I'm a health nut by any stretch of the imagination(Budweiser is a staple food for me) but I figured 'what the heck'. It was about the same price as KB. Also got a generic chimney and some hickory and apple wood chunks. The previous owner of our home left behind a bag of Kingsford Mesquite charcoal so I've got a chimney full of that running through it to clean out the heebie jeebies. Tomorrow is D day. I'm going with ribs and some classic beer can chicken(Bud of course), but that's for another thread.
