Chicken Fry - baked on a kettle

Hello all,

Seems to me some time ago one of the members was posting about doing chicken drums or thighs which were coated in fry mix and then baked on a kettle instead of frying them.

I've tried searching the site to no avail - can anyone help point me in the right direction ?
