Just got a wsm 22.5 for my birthday and fired it up for the first time today. Figured now is as good a time as any to say hello. Been lurking here for a couple weeks and I just like to say to ty for the wealth of information on here. Got some chicken thighs on there now, figured it was a good way to break it in. Hopefully I wind up with some pulled chicken later.

Hello from a fellow Long Islander with a WSM 22. Do a pork shoulder as soon as you can. Low & slow for 10+ hours, it's an accomplishment!
