Roadside chicken

Just to let every one know, I grilled chicken using the roadside chicken recipe from this web site. I got a package of breasts from my warehouse store. I made a double batch of basting sauce ( minus the oil) and marinaded it for about 6 hours. I discarded the marinade and made a new batch to bast on the meat while cooking turning and basting every few minuets for 45 mins. I cooked it on my kettle with charcoal and a little apple wood.
It was far and away the best grilled chicken ever. Try it, you won't be dissapointed.
 
Gotta love Roadside! It is by far my go-to chicken for the grill, and all the friends I have made it for really liked it. I've done it on wings too and it is great on those too. You'll get carpal tunnel basting a big batch of wings with it, but its worth it!
