How hot should a 2 burner get?

I fired up my 2 burner silver genesis today for the first time.
400 was easy. 450 didn't take long. 500 was a stretch.

How hot should it be able to get?

The one I had got just as hot just as fast as my Genesis

My 2014 3 burner gets to 560, and that's about max., in about 15 mins.

My Spirit E-210 (2 burner) gets to around 500 degrees in 10 minutes. I generally turn it down at that point to settle around 450 or so, so I'm not sure how hot it would get if I let it go beyond that. It's increasing pretty slowly at that point, so I don't think it would get too much hotter.

I think my dad's silver genesis 2 burner will hit 550 on the grill's built in thermo.
