I'm working Saturday and at the end of my shift Maribel posted this pic on Instagram. She went to Costco got me beer and ribs. Maribel got the wsm ready and had the ribs smoking when I got home.

Then maribel wrapped the ribs and added this with a splash of apple juice.

Mexican coleslaw is easy
I bag of the shredded coleslaw
Add 1 can of corn
1 can of mixed vegetables
3 sticks of celery finely chopped
1/4 cup of mayo
1/4 cup of sour cream
About 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of black pepper
 
Tony,I am officially jealous! Pammi will fire up the Genesis,and twice ,with much coaching and coaxing,fired up the OTS. She won't go near the WSM! You are a very lucky guy!
 
Man! That is a plate of goodness :). Lucky you that you can get your wife to help. My wife would not even start my gasser :(.

Man that's awesome! Great color on those ribs! I should train my wife on how to use the wsm.
