Smoke Day 2014 here in Pensacola

2 8lbs pork shoulders smoked for about 16 hours.
2 fryer chickens (smoked them with the beer can method.) No pics, but they ended up in chicken salad.
Jalapeno cheddar cornbread with honey butter on top.
Chicken salad with lefover smoked chicken.
Roasted corn with chipolte sauce and mexican crumbling cheese.
Broccoli Slaw
Made 2 sauces. A standard red sauce, and a Peach sauce. The peach was used exclusively! It's awesome.
Drank lots of beer. Stone levitation, Cigar City Jai Alai, Fat Tire.
