Well fellas, I'll be celebrating Smoke Day 10 in my backyard...

Picked up a new WSM 18.5 yesterday at Lowe's and 80 lbs. of charcoal on sale...I also picked up some hickory chunks while I was there...

I'll be smoking some spares cut St Louis style...

Happy Smoking

Thanks everyone. I'll be sure to post pictures. I put it together and cooked up some chicken thighs real quick last night, but they were gone too fast to take any pics.

Ok ribs are on the WSM. Cheeseburgers have been grilled on my new smokey Joe I picked up earlier. I couldn't pass up lowes deal on charcoal so I went back for more lol and while I was there I figured I'd pick up the smokey Joe for camping.

I have pics but I don't know how to post them on here

and here's the Smokey Joe sitting filled up with burgers and the pile of sticks off to the side there is for later tonight...we're gonna use that little Smokey Joe as a fire pit and roast some marshmallows and make up some smores with my kids, they're 4 and 6, and my wife...

Well, 3 hours are up...it's foil time...

This is what the ribs looked like when they came off the smoker...

Glazed up and on the grill...I was really worried about the temp falling to 215, but it slowly crept back up to 240 while it was in foil...well, the worrying was all for naught because the ribs are so done that they fell apart when I lifted them back onto the smoker lol...

another 15 minutes or so and I'll have finished pictures of them :D

The ribs look spectacular, Chuck! I'm sure in about a half hour, the pic will be nothing but bare rib bones on the plate.:)

Enjoy your dinner and thanks for sharing the pictures of your Smoke Day!
