Just wondering has anybody got their CyberQ connected Adhoc mode in windows 8? I have 3 computers on the same network, the only one that can connect to Cyberq is a windows 7 laptop. Thanks for any suggestions. My Cyberq is updated to version 1.7.

I don't have a windows 8 computer, but infrastructure mode is definitely the way to go. Ad hoc only allows one device to connect, and it's a pain to use that device for anything else while using it for ad hoc mode. With infrastructure mode, I usually have the monitoring page pulled up on my phone in one room, on my tablet in another room, and quite often on my laptop in another room. It's also nice to be able to leave the monitoring page in the background while you do other things on your device. I now have it set up so that port forwarding is turned off but so that I just have to check one box on my network set-up if I need to leave home and want port forwarding while I'm out.
