No, seriously...you will probably be disappointed to learn that I do not grill or barbecue as often as many of you over-achievers. I am lucky to grill maybe once a week, usually on the weekend, and to barbecue on my WSM once every two months. Most of my WSM cooking is stuff that I intend to feature in an article on TVWB. Although in the past few months, I've had two occasions to cook just for fun, which was very enjoyable...most recently on Super Bowl Sunday with my brother and before that some turkey breasts as a birthday gift for a close friend.
