Let's keep this going....it pushes me to do a cook I might not normally do. IMO everyone who participates is a winner.
 
I would be down for this!

As a fairly new member of this board, I think it's a great idea. I agree with a lot of the comments above, as to how we would "all be winners" and gives up an "opportunity to try something we would never try"

As for whale meat, I may have an advantage as I live in the Pacific Northwest...
