Please disregard the sausages!!! I tried a sous vide steak! the steak is 2 inch in thickness. It was incredible. Just 30 sec on the bbq (2 hours in the sous vide). Is this cheating?

No it did hit fire and looks good. Now if you did the sausage the same way that is cheating.

Looks Delicious George!!! Sous vide is not cheating!! Just cookin' made a bit easier! I've placed an order for a sous vide machine and it should ship sometime in November; looking forward to it and reporting the results.
