Rib Roast with cranberry-apple sauce

Brined Pork rib roast for 5 hours and this is after 1 hour on the wsm using apple wood and mopping with an apple and red ale.

After 5 hours at around 250 with some cranberry apple sauce and some potatoes from my garden.
