Pete's Rub (for brined meats-no salt and no sugar)

Pete's Rub for brined meats

3 tablespoons granulated garlic
3 tablespoons granulated onion
6 tablespoons fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon celery seed ground
1 tablespoon cumin seed ground
2 tablespoons ground aleppo pepper
3 tablespoons ground guajillo chili peppers
2 tablespoons ground cascabel peppers
3 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon ground allspice

Great for brined poultry 'cause no additional salt or sugar. Fine for other meats as well.
