Been smoking for several years now. Have a pellet and electric smoker. After coming across this site, I decided I needed to add a Weber Smokey Mountain to my fleet. Purchased a 18" WSM 3 weekends ago. This past weekend I purchased a ATC. Had to try it out. Put an 8 lb shoulder on. The WSM went for 15 hrs at 240 degrees on one load of lump charcoal. Shoulder turned out great. Here are a couple shots of the cook.
