stoker weatherproof

Can anyone comment on the stoker and how weatherproof it is or isn't? I'm mostly interested in rain. Would placing it under a tupperware tub be sufficient?

Don't have mine (yet), but I watched a video on YouTube and how I guy used a toolbox and drilled holes in the side for the wiring to keep it dry. I'll probably end up going that route.

I'm going to go the tupperware route.
Except I'm going to cut the center out of the bottom so I can run the cables out. Then when I store I'll place a thin board in the bottom covering the hold and use it to store everything.

To the question it will handle the moisture of a rainy day as long as it's not sitting right out in the rain. Dont forget to cover the blower as well.

I put mine in a small plastic tub and fashion a shield out of tinfoil for the fan. Doubt you'd want to leave either unit out in the rain. My .02
