Grill "whining" after tank change

I swapped out tanks a few weeks ago on my Genesis Silver. About the 2nd or 3rd cook with the new tank I get a "whining" sound when using the grill. No gas smell or noticable leaks. Anybody have any ideas as to what this is? My main concern is for safety.

it's a trilling of the regulator diaphragms more likely to occur on warm humid days ... but you don't have any of those in GA do you

it only happens to my set up once in a while

nothing to worry about as long as you don't smell propane

you can try disconnecting and reconnecting the tank

remember the surge valve in QCC tanks trips from too much pressure too fast so open the tank valve very slowly with the grill burners off and leave pressure in the line between cooks to help prevent the spike the next time you fire it up
