Hello from St. Louis, Missouri

Hey friends,

I'm brand new to the forum but I am in no way new to the world of weber grills. I love weber products and will never own anything else. I have a bachelors in hospitality management and have taken a variety of extensive culinary courses at Missouri State University where I graduated in 2010. I used this website to build a mini wsm and have since decided to join in on the fun. Being born and raised in St. Louis I've been influenced by some pretty damn good bbq. We may be not as renowned at Kansas City of Memphis but I believe some pretty good bbq comes out of this not so big yet not so small city.

Your right about darn good Q coming out of St. Louis, just check out some of Bob Correll's posts. Welcome to the forum.
 
Welcome to the asylum!
I was born in St. Louis many moons ago,and just spent a week in Eureka camping and grilling with the whole fam damily! :D
