How long did you smoke it and at what temperature? Some will wish to know (like me:confused:).

Quite impressive, my friend!!

A few days ago I planked some Steelhead (technically now ranked as Pacific Salmon genus) on a Cedar plank. Tonight, I will be running some Cod on a plank. It'll be interesting to see how it goes (first time with cod on the OTG).

WOW, Daniel and Emilie!!! I want to say more, but keep coming back to WOW. What an awesome cook and post. The whole meal looks fantastic. But that weave is really something else. Great job, you two.
