Throwdown #14: Carne Asada

Carne asada...thinly sliced beef, usually flank steak or skirt steak, but any cut is possible. At a minimum, seasoned with salt/pepper, but usually more heavily seasoned or marinated. Grilled to perfection. Can be served on a plate as-is with beans/rice on the side, but often as a taco or burrito. So many delicious possibilities!

Let's run this throwdown through Sunday, July 28. May the best carne asada win!
 
I'm going to have to do my home work for this one, but I think I could come up with something. Maybe I could get my hot wife to help :)
 
I just got off the phone with the Bellagio, and yes, as expected Tony is the early odds favorite - However, I wouldn't stick a fork in it quite yet....I think this one is also in John Solak's wheel house, as well as many others - I bet we're going to see some great entries!
