Regional Differences

BBQ preferences vary greatly across the various regions of country. How do you compensate for this in the BBQ restaurant business in particular with your signature items?

First I have always believed that we were about Good Tasting Food and that "barbecue" was our cooking style. We have restaurants in every region of the country and I've got to tell you that many people who used a particular regional style... when they eat our Famous Dave's Barbecue... they pretty much say... We love your barbecue!!! And I also think having happy staff greet and love up every guest always makes food taste better! ;o) "Famous Dave"
