I didn't get to participate on Saturday (family), or Sunday, because we were here:



So does Monday still kinda count? Spare ribs, Bone Dusted and resting

About 1 1/2 hours later, sauced



Prepping the corn: butter and seasoning salt. Than, a ah-ha moment for me: I'll put a scallion and garlic spear next to the ear when I re-wrap. Oh Yeah!

The ribs were on for about five hours, and I was hitting 250 - 300 degrees pretty much the whole time. Dinner was delicious. Thanks for lookin'.
 
Your late but I think it counts...you had a good excuse. Good looking pictures and ribs look fantastic.
