Smoke Day 9 Ribs

Long time lurker, first time photo poster. Smoke Day 9 started early with a Coca-Cola, salt and cider vinegar spareribs marinade. Pulled the ribs from the marinade, patted dry, and hit with salt and pepper.

Basted the ribs in the boiled marinade. Here they are at two hours in.



Here they are at about four hours or so, just before glazing. I used a peach habanero on one and cherry apricot on the other.



Here's a citrus slaw with cabbage, sweet peppers and cilantro.



It's your plate, prior to the addition of chips and beans.



The meal received the Archie kid seal of approval - twice!
