Hey guys, had a wonderful smoke day fixed a 12 lb. brisket, cooked for 12 1/2 hrs @ 250 & then wrapped @ 180 till 195, let rest for a 1 1.2 hrs. Sliced, great tender & moist. Will have some more later during the Coca-Cola 500. No Pictures, working on that problem & hope to have fixed soon.
