Does anyone know if you submit cup cakes for your dessert entry does the wrapper have to be off when you put it in the box???
 
I would think you would be allowed to go either way, the wife always turns hers in without the paper for presentation purposes
 
Depends on the rules of your comp but in my experience dessert is usually open garnish/container so cupcake wrappers shouldn't be an issue.
