Hello all,
I have been trying to talk myself into signing up on the forum since this is where I get all of the information I need for any of BBQ needs! I'm glad to be a part of such a fantastic community and hope to start sharing some of my Q with everyone.
My first smoke was a Boston butt and spareribs on the WSM this past weekend. I am hooked! I will be attempting a chuck roast tomorrow and look at utilizing the pepper stout and beef recipe. Then next weekend (Memorial Day/Smoke Day) I am doing 2 butts and baby backs. I love it!
I am a high school social studies teacher and I also coach football, wrestling and track at Jacksonville high school in eastern NC. Qing is quickly becoming my new passion!
