That's right. Yet another cook here inspired by our friend Jim Lampe.
Firstly, brussel sprouts tossed in EVOO, salt, pepper, a little rosemary, smoked Spanish paprika, chopped gah-lic.

A lot of b'spouts. I bought one of those big stalks full of 'em, so two batches. One for tonight, one for another later in the week.

Crashers on. Yukon gold, par-nuked in the microwave. Gently crushed, topped with a hearty pinch of my rub, s&p, sliced scallion, butter. I kept the sprouts and taters moving around so each got a turn direct over flame, but were mostly grilled indirectly. Took about 20 minutes or so for each. Taters had a great crunch top and bottom.

Found a little packet of chuck eyes, three totaling one pound. Rubbed with kosher salt, pepper, ground Turkish sumac, c/o Penzeys. Great with grilled beef or lamb.

Little steaks on the grill. Happy to say they came out a perfect medium-rare.

Really tasty, homey. Perfect for a chilly, grey Jersey day. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Cheers!
