A week ago, we had our annual winter-meating; I decided to make some rocky mountain oysters.

Here are some pictures:

The raw material.

Let them swim in a can of beer.

Added some salt, pepper and panko.

Fried them in oil.

I've made about 80 pieces of them and they were gone in a blink of the eye. Almost everybody loved them.

I'll take your word that everybody loved them. I don't think I could try them knowing what they were.

OUCH!! Just seeing that knife close to one almost sent me into shock! I started to protect my boys and those aren't even mine :)

I'd be of the group of your party that fell in the side if "ALMOST" everyone. Always reminds me of the Chevy Chase movie when he set the record for eating the most, AND THEN found out what they were. Shew, like John said, "I'll take your word for it"

Sorry Arwin, I have the humor or a twelve year old boy.....and love it! ;)

Wow. Always thought it was a practical joke. I think I'll stick to the local oysters (shellfish) by the house.

Arwin.... EXCELLENT!!
I had this in Nevada a few years ago, not knowing what they were. I L♥VED'UM !!
Those on your plate looks rather large, the basket we ate from were about the size of a Silver Dollar (1.5", 40mm).

I'll try anything once, if i like it, look out!

I'd definitely try those, I'm always up for something new.
It did make me cringe a bit when I first saw the pics though. :)
