Did a little surf and turf for New Year's Eve. Baby Yukon crash hots, filet, asparagus and lobster tail. The filet got some evoo, kosher salt, white pepper, black pepper, garlic and onion powders. The tail was simply A hint of Mrs Dash lemon pepper, then a kiss of butter and lemon zest when it came off the grill. Gus was marinated in evoo, S&P, and a little lemon juice. Then given some Parmesan and lemon zest when done. All grilled over lump with a touch of pecan.

PS: a few slices were taken off the filet for the kids before I ate, hence the squared off ends.
 
Worthy of a magazine shot for sure...
Ya know what, screw that.. Looks damn tasty to me!
