Hello everyone. I recently stumbled across this website and have been reading numerous post daily. This place is both informative and addicting. I have always been a BBQ lover, but got in to doing my own smoking about 6 months ago. I have a 18" WSM that I use at home and the company I work for has a 48" Jacks Old South smoker that a co-worker and I use for cooking for corporate picnics and for cooking at a week-long camp we put on each summer. I have mostly been cooking butts, ribs, and brisket. Planning to smoke a brisket this weekend so I can try making a brisket chili. I'm looking forward to learning a lot more from you all.
