Hi to all once again.
Can any of you kind souls direct me to a reputable source for such supplies as seasonings and cure mixes in the UK, that will preferably ship to other European countries? I tried sausagemaking.org but their service (or lack thereof), and attitude towards the customer steered me to try other source. If there are any other sources that you know of, please let me know. BTW, US sites are not excluded, but usually they do not ship to Europe, and if they do, the shipping costs are prohibitive. Any ideas / recommendations?
