Good morning all, I've been cooking with a MAK 2 Star for a few years and wanted to try my hand at cooking with charcoal. I had to make a choice between a UDS or WSM. After reserching both, I went with the WSM 22.5 and am very happy with my choice. I've gotten a lot of info from this forum and want to thank you all for your input.
