Ever since last week when I got a 32 oz jug of Coombs family farm organic grade B maple syrup I've been making a lot more pancakes.... I have some Snoqualmie Falls Lodge NutraRich (looks like it's whole wheat, texture wise) and made a couple of batches.
Then I wondered how much can there really be in there, how bad could they be, so I tried my own 'recipe'.
Here goes:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour (Western Family)
1 banana, forked
as much cinnamon as you want
water to your favorite consistancy.
You know the rest. Couldn't believe it's so easy. No yeast, just flour & water. MMMMMM
*makes four 5-6" pancakes
