Info on this grill please.

I want to pick up a new gas grill and want a Weber but a new one is not in the budget. Can anybody tell me what kind this is and approx age?

That's a Genesis 2000. You can tell because it has 3 burners and the shelf on the right. The 1000 doesn't have the shelf, and the 3000 has a burner.

I am not sure on the years but I would imagine late 90's or so. They are well built. My parents had one that has been outside for 16 years. The paint has flaken off the firebox, but the burners and insides are still solid. I would definately check the condition of the flavorizer bars, burners, and grates before buying. They are all replacable, but you might as well look at another grill since the $ will add up.
