How To Grill:
2 T mustard seeds
1/2 c Dijon mustard (or grainy)
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
2 t worchestershire sauce
toast the seeds in a dry skillet,2-3 min.-medium heat. In a heatproof bowl wisk seeds, mustard, mayo, sour cream and worchestershire.
